PERSONAL TRAINING FOR YOU
Munkley Fitness provides personal training sessions for those of all abilities. Whether you are competent gym user, runner, full time mum, a Monday to Friday 9-5 worker or even a complete newbie to exercise, we will provide the right session for you. We do not follow any fad diets or create any unrealistic exercise programs, we simply analyse you as a individual and create a training plan designed around your health and fitness goals.
We are here to help you meet your health and exercise goals and change your overall lifestyle into a healthier one. We run circuit classes and running groups for various abilities. Plus our trainers are qualified in a wide variety of training techniques including kettlebells, sports conditioning and pre & post natal exercise.
Our personal training sessions can be run online or in person at a small gym. We try to always make our workouts enjoyable while always progressing towards your goal. We have access to lots of different pieces of equipment: kettlebells, dumbbells, resistance bands, balance equipments, power bags & much more. As a team we can work towards a fitness event, completing a 5km or just generally being fitter & stronger.
Here at Munkley Fitness we strive to ensure that all our clients are treated as individuals with a training plan that works around their everyday obstacles. We will work on any postural or movement restrictions to help make your body move more effectively. Throughout the year we attend regular training courses and spend time reading through articles to further our knowledge and understanding. We love what we do and we do it to help others achieve their goals, build healthier and stronger bodies. The success from seeing individuals achieve what they set out to do is only the beginning of their journey with us. At Munkley Fitness we are like a small family, everybody encourages and motivates each other to achieve beyond what they had set out to.
