Do you find yourself a little short of time for exercise? Not have a gym membership? Or maybe a little self conscious and would prefer to work out at home? Then our option of online exercise could work very well for you. We offer online classes that you can follow in your own time or have individual personal training sessions using your home equipment.
ONLINE MOVE IT WITH MUNKLEY FITNESS CLASSES
This is a private Facebook group where a new workout is uploaded each week for you to complete. These workouts will using a variety of training styles and home workout equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells & resistance bands. Group contains over 100 previous fun workouts. Alongside this you will find focused stretching, mobility, foam rolling & muscle activation routines for you to complete. It’s a great motivational group where everyone can comment on the workouts and leave motivational messages.
ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
This option of personal training is perfect for anyone short of time and happy to workout at home. The sessions will be tailored around your abilities, goals and equipment that you available to you at home. The sessions will be fun, motivational and always easy for you to complete. We can use FaceTime, WhatsApp video or Zoom to complete the workouts. You just need to setup your screen in a small space where we can work out, have your equipment prepared & water bottle ready. It will make you feel great & a great way to utilise time if you have a very busy schedule.
