What we do in this class:
As a team we continually take part in 10km running races, half marathons, aquathons, triathlons and muddy obstacle runs. Our growing team love to take on these new exciting challenges, but also its great to keep you focused and working towards a goal.
All our events and classes can be found on our “Whats On” page. These events are open to anyone. Please contact us if you would like to join us & need help with the training.
Our group events include team socials where everyone gets a chance to socialise without any exercise. We host a Christmas Party, Summer Drinks, Dog Walks & Picnics in the Park. Anyone from our team is welcome to come and join us.
