Munkley circuits has become a staple of my fitness regime. Ben and Jay provide a varied array of stations each week so it’s never dull or samey. Most stations allow for you choose how challenging you want the exercise to be which means the classes are not only accessible to all levels of fitness but they allow you to push yourself as you get fitter. The Munkley’s create a fun, friendly and inclusive atmosphere and mix in some lively team games in the warm up which creates a real sense of camaraderie. The boys are also excellent trainers and ensure exercises are clearly explained and are always on hand to help with tips, advice and technique. I’d definitely recommend the class, it’s rare to work that hard and enjoy yourself at the same time. – Peter
